Keres Spices is an experienced and reliable leader, importing and distributing a wide range of spices and salts including organic and Fair Trade products. 

Keres Spices  is based in Austin, Texas, and we ship our products all across North America through our local facilities.  We package our products in-house which means we can provide specialty packaging  & labeling with your name, logo  and barcode specifications.

Our Directors

Managing Director - Chef Brian Dorman graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2004.  He has worked in fine dining in both the United Kingdom and the United States.  He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and India researching the products we sell. Brian began selling spices door to door in New York City and Dallas before relocating to Austin to open Keres Spices.

Director - Master Chef Michael Katz brings decades of culinary expertise to the Keres team.  He currently co-owns and operates  Mi Escuela de Cocina, one of the top culinary academies in Mexico City.  Before Lecturing at Le Cordon Bleu London for several years, he worked in many Michelin rated restaurants.  Michael received the award of Master Chef of Belgium in May 2005.

Director - Matthew Kenney is widely recognized as an innovative chef in the field of organic and raw foods. He currently operates Organic Umbrella and Matthew Kenney Cuisine, two entities which specialize in creative and sustainable culinary endeavors.  In 1994, he was named by Food and Wine Magazine as one of the Ten Best New Chefs in America. He was also twice nominated for the James Beard Rising Star Chef in America Award. Other highlights of his career include the French Culinary Institute's Outstanding Alumni Award, The University of Maine's Spirit of Maine Award, and being named Veg News Chef of the Year in 2006.

Matthew has written several cookbooks, including Raw Food Real World, Big City Cooking, Mediterranean Cooking and the recently released Everyday Raw and Entertaining in the Raw.
