Keres Spices is based in Spicewood, Texas, and we ship our products all across North America through our local facilities. We package our products in-house which means we can provide specialty packaging & labeling with your name, logo and bar code specifications.

Our Directors

Brian Dorman, managing director of Keres SpicesCEO

Chef Brian Dorman graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2004. He has worked in fine dining in both the United Kingdom and the United States. He has traveled extensively all over the world researching the products we sell. Brian began selling spices door to door in New York City and Dallas before relocating to Austin to open Keres Spices.

Buddy Utley is a valuable asset to Keres Spices. He has over three decades of experience as an accountant in the food industry. Mr. Utley is also a restaurant owner.

 

Michael Katz Brian Dorman, director of Keres SpicesVP – Middle East Operations

Chef Michael Katz is the executive chef at a new privately owned restaurant located at the Crown Plaza in Jerusalem. His restaurant is a kosher rated place serving meat, fish and all the finest ingredients one can find under the kosher supervision in order to serve his clientele with great food in the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant and its view of one of the Jerusalem icons the “Meitarim bridge”

Michael is the most demanded demonstrator and lecturer in the country when it comes to cooking. During his 25+ years in the business Michael has managed to work 5 years in 2 and 3 Michelin rated Restaurants, have his own restaurant, become a member of the Master Chef association of Belgium, teach in the London Cordon Bleu for 3 years, help to establish a cooking school in Mexico City and more. He is married to Sandra and he is the father of Mia Daniela and Gabriel Liam.

Paul Senyange started sourcing organic and Fair Trade vanilla from Uganda for Keres Spices almost a decade ago.  He is a valuable asset to our company as we continue to work in and around Africa.
